RETURN POLICY

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the order you've received, please contact us. We’ll be happy to make things right.

Damages & Replacements:

Although it rarely happens, sometimes packages arrive damaged. If you notice any damage(s) you should make note of it when receiving the delivery. If your item(s) arrived damaged, please contact us immediately, provide a photo/video documentation of an issue you are experiencing and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible after your support ticket is submitted.

In most cases, we will replace defective garments, defective printing, the wrong garment, or the wrong print, simply by receiving a photograph showing the problem with the shirt and including the order number. It is very rare that we actually ask a garment to be sent back to us.

If more than 60 days have passed since your product was received, unfortunately, we can't offer you a replacement or refund.

Returns:

You have 60 days to return an item from the date you received it.

We do not accept the return of goods because you've changed your mind, made a data entry error while placing your order, or circumstances that are beyond our control have taken place.

In case you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier or in case of shipments that go unclaimed, it will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

In case you ordered a wrong size apparel, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your parcel. In case more than 60 days lapsed after you've received your item, it cannot be returned anymore.

When you receive your parcel, you are responsible for checking its content and the condition of the items you've received. If you've noticed any damaged item, please contact us immediately.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (polybag + labels). To complete your return, we require an order number, receipt or other proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Contact your bank next. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Credit card companies may take up to 10 business days before your refund is issued and reflected in your bank account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please Contact us.

Lost packages:

Order is considered lost after 20 days from the day of shipment. After the period of 20 days has passed, we will initiate a refund to your account at your request.

After an order has been refunded, we consider the case to be resolved and we no longer carry responsibility for its delivery.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Return Shipments:

You must first verify with us to see if you're eligible for a refund.

Do not return your package to the manufacturer before verifying if you're eligible for a return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you want us to send it back to you to the same or different address, you will be charged an extra shipping fee.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellations:

We strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and educate you as must as possible on the nature of our product offerings by providing detailed product descriptions, sizing chart and other creative assets. It is your responsibility to read thoroughly and carefully to make an educated decision when purchasing any of the products in our catalog.

When an order is placed in our store it takes some time to fulfil it. Therefore, we are accepting orders cancellations prior to the fulfillment of the order (before the order is shipped to your designated address). Once the product/s you've ordered are shipped and on their way to you, sadly, we cannot cancel your order anymore.
